[Monitoring] We have received reports from multiple upstream carriers about active fiber cuts due to the conflicts in and around the Red Sea. Additionally, we have been advised that due to safety concerns, all repairs will take an extended period and may be rescheduled if a repair ship is unable or unwilling to proceed. These cuts are causing additional latency and packet loss for all cache-fill unicast operations. The NetActuate NOC will attempt to route around any saturated uplinks as they are identified but cannot guarantee latency or packet loss metrics at this time.
