[Identified] One of the hypervisors in our Miami could is offline, affecting a subset of VMs. We are investigating this issue now.

[Identified] We've been unable to resolve the issue with onsite spares and are dispatching a technician with replacements from our Raleigh office. We currently expect to restore service to the impacted equipment by EOD.

[Monitoring] Our technician has replaced the failed hardware components and the machine has booted. Once final diagnostics are complete, we will start all affected VMs. This should only take a few minutes.

If your VM does not come back online within the next 30 minutes, please first check your KVM console as your server may be in the middle of a file system check (fsck), then open a ticket with our support team.
